Counselling - What to Expect
After the initial contact, which is a telephone / email / online message, we will schedule an appointment.
We’ll then have our Initial Counselling Session - our first session, where we address questions about therapy and discuss preliminary concerns. We will look at some background information, we will define boundaries and we will talk about difficulties faced at present. We will gather information to understand your particular situation, the impact on you and we will identify important areas of focus on during the course of therapy.
After that, we both participate in regular sessions where we explore issues, develop insights, identify and build on resources and work on practical strategies.
We will reflect on and review your progress on a regular basis, while adjusting our goals or approaches as needed. When goals are met or when you are ready, we look at achievements and discuss ongoing strategies for maintaining the progress you made during therapy.

Life Coaching - What to Expect
After the initial contact, which is a telephone / email / online message, we will schedule an appointment.
We’ll then have our Initial Life Coaching Session, where we address questions about life coaching and we identify or clarify specific personal goals. We will evaluate your strengths, challenges that you are facing and we will explore resources available.
There is then an Action Planning stage where we look at clear steps to take in order to achieve your goal, followed by support while you take consistent action towards your goal.
Progress is constantly monitored during our sessions and strategies are adjusted constantly in order to address or eliminate obstacles.
The last step in the process is when we learn to sustain progress by integrating new habits and strategies into daily life to ensure long-term success.
